Welcome to the
Caregiving Coworker Cohort
An unprecedented coworking membership designed for caregiving work.
If you’re here, you’ve probably realized that you need a coworker—
Which we're sorely lacking in caregiving work
If there's one universal truth for all caregivers, it’s this:
You care deeply. And you’re in it for the long haul.
The catch? Caregiving work is impossible to sustain alone
(unless you’re okay with the inevitable disastrous existential crash out)
Whether you’ve been in the work 10 days or 10 years—
You need coworkers that get it to help you navigate the caregiving world.
Have you found that those hours saving Reddit threads, scrolling nanny Facebook groups can sometimes make you feel even worse, even more unseen, even more misunderstood?
That’s because no matter how much detail you go into, you’re asking strangers on the internet who lack the nuance of your situation.
You need coworkers that get you to help you navigate the caregiving world.
If only you could get access
to a cohort of caregiving coworkers
(hosted by a nanny career and culture coach)
to get the specific support you deserve— regardless of how long you’ve been in the industry, what your goals are, where you live, or however much— or little— time you have.
just now feeling comfortable calling yourself a nanny after doing this work awhile
gearing up for contract negotiations and an annual review
anticipating a career shift into more family assistant work
taking on part time roles and other domestic tasks during a season of healing or chronic illness
are seasoned in this career but navigating a new kind of parent in 2026
Whether you’re…

Slack Access
More Group Chat than Guidebook
24/7 Access
Think of this like our big group chat— but topics are organized into channels so nothing gets lost. Channels range from what season of caregiving you’re in like #job-search to what specific role you’re in like #family-assistant-household-manager to #watercooler chats.
Every week I’ll post something in the #all-caregiving-coworker-cohort channel to anchor us to the group and give you some motivation! -
Shared Resource Bank
Here you can find shared resources from other members of the group and recordings of past guest calls.
Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, join us. Your coworkers are already in Slack waiting for you!
-
No problem at all! The CCC is designed to give you many different opportunities to participate at different levels of social interaction.
(I know that social battery can drain quickly and unexpectedly!!)
It’s sort of like a class in that there’s a dependable meeting time, but participation is more lax than a rigid course and there’s no guilt about over committing.
Only have the time to go to one group call a month? Amazing. Will it be a regular Sunday check in or the guest every second Sunday?
Don’t have the capacity to chat? No problem. Come to a coworking hour where it’s just tunes and body doubling to get stuff done.
More of a text based communicator? Hop in slack and find a channel that suits you from job search to water cooler chats.

Caregivers have to be discreet, but a lack of a proper place to debrief with coworkers with privacy and discretion means issues are left unresolved, caregivers are left feeling unseen and unheard, and resentments are left to brew.
The CCC has rules of engagement to keep the space safe and inclusive— for caregivers, their employers, and future CCC members.
Cohort enrollment reopens cyclically but closes every 3 months to maintain the intimacy of the group.
-
The cyclical enrollment not only keeps the group private and secure, it also serves to ensure that each cohort’s focus is custom to the needs of the group ensuring that content stays topical and relevant.
The group naturally varies because your coworkers experience level varies, with some coworkers just starting out in their first role and others seasoned veterans.
We’ve explored topics and guest speakers ranging from market value hygiene and resumes to boundaries and maintaining our capacity at work to working with specific agencies and within local markets.
-
Nope! Once you’re in, you’re in.
While the enrollment opens and closes in 3 month cycles, that is to maintain the privacy of the group and keep the group active (and make it so you don’t have to reintroduce yourself every time someone new joins).
You’re automatically enrolled in each subsequent cohort!
